In this three hour workshop, Nikki gives away all her secrets, tips & recipes to help us make absolutely gorgeous cupcakes. The first half of the workshop focuses on getting the basics right, then we enjoy a lovely tea, before we learn some icing/nozzle techniques. Then the fun begins, and we get to play with with ten billion, yummy goodies.
