In this three hour workshop, Nikki shows us how to make cupcakes with gorgeous fillings. We also learn more complicated nozzle skills and lhow to make icing roses. We have loads of fun playing with tylose as Nikki teaches us how to make flowers, bows and all sorts of other shapes using the Gem Cutters' range. We get to sample some of those decadent butterfly cupcakes with our tea and, of course, we get to take a couple very yummy cupcakes home for the family.
